Custom Publications Made Just For You!

Peabody Insurance Agency teamed up with us to build their annual magazine publication. They use these as part of their marketing plan to bring awareness to their clients about all the different aspects of their company.

Custom publications can be a valuable tool in your marketing strategy for several reasons:

  1. Tailored Content: Custom publications are designed specifically for your target audience. You can create content that speaks directly to their interests, needs, and pain points. When your content resonates with your audience, it's more likely to engage and convert them.
  2. Brand Authority: Custom publications allow you to showcase your expertise and thought leadership in your industry. By consistently delivering high-quality, informative content, you establish your brand as a trusted source of information, boosting your credibility and authority.
  3. Differentiation: In a crowded marketplace, custom publications help your brand stand out. It sets you apart from competitors who might rely on generic, one-size-fits-all marketing materials. A custom publication demonstrates your commitment to going the extra mile for your customers.
  4. Engagement: Quality content can drive engagement and build stronger relationships with your audience. Whether it's a magazine, newsletter, or other content type, if it's well-crafted and provides value, it can encourage readers to stay connected with your brand.
  5. Nurturing Leads: Custom publications can be an excellent tool for lead nurturing. By providing valuable content over time, you can move potential customers through the sales funnel, turning leads into loyal customers.
  6. Personalization: Personalization is a key trend in marketing. Custom publications enable you to tailor content to individual preferences, behavior, and demographics, further enhancing the relevance and impact of your marketing efforts.
  7. Long-Term Impact: Custom publications often have a longer shelf life than other forms of content. A well-produced magazine, for example, can sit on someone's coffee table for months, providing ongoing exposure and reinforcement of your brand message.
  8. Tangibility: Physical custom publications, such as brochures, magazines, or catalogs, provide a tangible and memorable experience for your audience. People often remember what they can touch and hold, enhancing brand recall.
  9. Data Collection: Custom publications can also be a source of data collection. You can track reader engagement and responses to various content pieces, helping you refine your marketing strategies and better understand your audience.
  10. Multi-Channel Marketing: Custom publications can be used across various marketing channels. You can repurpose content from your custom publication for your website, social media, email marketing, and more, maximizing its reach and impact.

However, it's important to note that the effectiveness of custom publications depends on the quality of content, the relevance to your audience, and how well they align with your overall marketing strategy. Additionally, the cost and resources required to create and distribute custom publications should be carefully considered to ensure they provide a positive return on investment. The Fenton Expo celebrated it's 40th year with its event on March 1st & 2nd with over 100 businesses and organizations participating. The Expo provides a great outlet for the community to interact and learn about local businesses, organizations, and resources. We helped to create awesome and standout red bags to match the Ruby in the event logo symbolizing it's 40th anniversary. These bags were passed out to attendees so they could have a place to collect giveaways as they went booth to booth. We also created matching chapsticks. The City of Linden also had a booth at the Expo with a backdrop and table runner that we created for them.

We created a new website design for Total Benefit Systems Inc. ! Total Benefit Systems Inc. is an independent health insurance agency based in Flint, Mi. Their experienced team insures over 385 businesses in Michigan and has over 20 providers to chose from. They work closely with clients to create a plan that fits them and also host informative meetings to help employees and clients understand their coverage and options. This user-friendly website helps potential customers see how Total Benefit Solutions can provide them with the best solution tailored to them and their trustworthiness with customer reviews, staff photos, and a video that shows their staff working and meeting with actual clients. The home, about, and services pages also answers many of the questions that a potential client may have about the services that they provide. There are also several buttons as well as a button in the header that directs the user to a contact form if they wish to request a quote making contact hassle-free and depending upon the initial interaction of a user's interest. The provider page displays what health insurance providers that Total Benefit Systems uses to provide their clients with coverage. Clicking on the logos redirects you to that company's website, this display of transparency shows that Total Benefit Systems will be clear and fair in providing the client with information about the services that they are providing, building trust. The website's more modern design features clear sections with color blocking and prominent elements to attract a user's attention and make finding information and navigating more user-friendly.

This past weekend, Matt and I had the incredible opportunity to be at the Michigan Golf Show at the Suburban Showcase in Novi. We were in the Ally Challenge booth with some amazing people—Lisa Marie, Erin Stone, and Freddy Kopplow. It was a fantastic afternoon of sharing excitement about this year’s Ally Challenge, which will take place from August 18-24, 2025. We also had the pleasure of running into some friends and clients, Lisa and Greg MacDonald, at the show, making the day even more memorable! While the event is months away, we’re thrilled to announce that concert lineups will be revealed very soon, potentially next month! Keep an eye out for our media blitz as we travel around Genesee and Oakland County to announce the talented artists performing at the event. If you’re interested in learning more about the tournament, getting your charity involved, or finding out about volunteer opportunities, be sure to check out the contact page at The Ally Challenge . Stay tuned for more updates!
