Marketing & Administrative Coordinator
Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Assist in the creation of engaging and compelling marketing content, including blog posts, social media posts, and email campaigns.
- Social Media Management: Monitor and manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Campaign Support: Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including coordinating events, webinars, and promotions.
- Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and provide insights for improvement.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative tasks related to marketing activities, such as organizing files, maintaining databases, and coordinating meetings.
- Billing Support: Enter data, send and manage invoices in accounting software.
Technical Skills:
- Work Style: Ability to build consensus and relationships among clients and the team. Ability to work alone and also able to collaborate with the team.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
- Experience: Previous experience or internships in marketing is a plus, but not mandatory. We welcome enthusiastic individuals looking to gain hands-on experience.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient on computers, and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Prioritizing: Experience in time management and multi-tasking
- Task Management: Ability to be a self-starter and finish tasks in a timely manner. Software we use to manage tasks is Asana, experience preferred but not required
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
