Marketing & Administrative Coordinator



Position Overview:

Behind Your Design is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing & Administrative Coordinator to join our team full-time. This role blends marketing execution with administrative support, requiring someone who is organized, proactive, and excited about engaging with clients, maintaining brand presence, and ensuring smooth business operations.

  • Social media savvy, with a strategic understanding of engagement and audience growth.
  • Comfortable using Adobe Express and QuickBooks or willing to learn.
  • Proactive, organized, and excited about both creative and administrative responsibilities.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation: Assist in the creation of engaging and compelling marketing content, including blog posts, social media posts, and email campaigns.
  2. Social Media Management: Monitor and manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and analyzing performance metrics.
  3. Campaign Support: Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including coordinating events, webinars, and promotions.
  4. Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and provide insights for improvement.
  5. Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative tasks related to marketing activities, such as organizing files, maintaining databases, and coordinating meetings.
  6. Billing Support: Enter data, send and manage invoices in accounting software.

 

Technical Skills:


 

  1. Work Style: Ability to build consensus and relationships among clients and the team. Ability to work alone and also able to collaborate with the team.
  2. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
  3. Experience: Previous experience or internships in marketing is a plus, but not mandatory. We welcome enthusiastic individuals looking to gain hands-on experience.
  4. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  5. Tech Savvy: Proficient on computers, and familiarity with social media platforms.
  6. Prioritizing: Experience in time management and multi-tasking
  7. Task Management: Ability to be a self-starter and finish tasks in a timely manner. Software we use to manage tasks is Asana, experience preferred but not required
  8. Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  9. Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
